Luke's Blessing!

Everyone got to stay for Luke's blessing! Church started bright and early at 8:30 am and we all actually made it on time. Mike did a wonderful job and got many compliments on the blessing from lots of people in the ward. He has always given such touching and meaningful baby blessings. I love them. We came home and took some pictures of the special day and began saying goodbyes to family. Eric and Wendy and family left that afternoon. It was great having everyone there!!!

Jacob's Baptism!

We were so happy to have so many family members and friends to be a Jake's Baptism! It was a great day and Jacob was very excited. He was the only one to get baptized so we got to make up the whole program for ourselves. I got the great idea of his program from my friend Kacie and made up a bunch for the event. Jacob was very sweet during the entire thing and even got pretty teary eyed when the Primary President talked about how she would miss him in the ward. We begin going to our new ward next week and he will definitely miss his friends in this ward. We were blessed to be able to do the baptism and baby blessing in our old ward! The cousins all sang a song together during the program which was very sweet, and both Grandpas did a wonderful job on their talks. I forgot to get a picture of Mike and Jake in their white clothes before the actual baptism so I made them put their white clothes back on after the whole thing so I could get a picture! Luckily they had extras. I should remember that in a couple years for Lily's! HAHA

THANKSGIVING CRAZINESS!!!

We had lots of company for Thanksgiving this year!! All my siblings were here except Troy and then Craig and Barbara came as well. We had a very full house with lots of cousins and had a blast. We also had Jake's baptism and Luke's blessing the same weekend which packed a lot into one weekend! We all ate lots of food, saw some movies and played the whole weekend. Busy, stressful, fun, and well worth it! Thanksgiving dinner turned out great and with so many people there, buffet style and paper plates was how we dined in style! We were able to pack almost everyone into the kitchen on two different tables. Fun Fun!!!

Cute One Minute - Trouble Maker The Next

Cute one minute and then he turns on you. Leif decided for a few days that he liked to take his clothes off in bed. We quickly put and end to that! He never did pee the bed though. I got lucky and caught the culprit before he wet the bed and put his clothes back on! Little stinker!
