Trampoline Crash!

So Luke met his face with someone's body on the tramp today!  He was very proud of his bloody nose!

Ready To Go!

As soon as Luke sees his dad head for the lawn mower he runs and grabs his goggles and runs to him for a ride.  He actually stays on for quite a long time. The other day Mike was brush hogging the field and Luke went running for that ride.  He ended up falling asleep in Mike's lap and took a good hour or so nap!  Silly kid!

Front Yard Camping

The kids have been begging to go camping!  Well actually Leif has been going crazy because Jake has been able to go on some recent campouts with dad and the scouts so he has felt very left out!  Well they had a great time.  I relaxed inside by myself and came out around bed time to grab Luke and put him in his real bed.  They had smores' and had fun running around in the dark playing games all night!  Thanks Dad!!!!

 

 

 

Mediterranean

I have a new found freedom with Luke being in school!  I decided to take my parents to some Mediterranean food at Sinbad's buffet!  We first went to Sam's club and got a few things and then headed off to eat.  It is obvious what they both thought of it.  I was trying to broaden their horizons on food and have them try something outside of Subway!  HAHA  My dad was not to impressed!  I love Mediterranean food!  Oh well, their loss!

I don't know if I will ever get it!  A guy and his dog is a very powerful thing apparently!

First Lost Tooth!

Leif ate dinner and then went outside to play.  He came in and calmly said, "I think I lost my tooth, it is not there anymore."  We have no idea if he ate it with dinner or if it fell out outside.  We wrote a lovely note to the tooth fairy explaining what happened and he was visited and left some cash.  I love that kid!  Luke of course had to show us his smile as well!

Happy Birthday Grandma!

I took mom to lunch for her birthday!  Of course my dad had to tag along.  I forgot to get a picture of both of us so I snapped this one on the way out!  I love this lady!  What would I ever do without her!

Batman Cowboy!

Luke must have been really tired after his first day of school yesterday!  He crashed right before the other kids got home from school.  Then Leif started playing dress up as soon as he got home.  I love that kid!  He is a batman cowboy!

 

 

 

First Day of School!

Luke started school today and Santa Fe Day School!  Same place that Leif went.  He was very excited to get his backpack ready but sad to learn he would not be riding a bus there!  HAHA Pretty sure he had no clue what was going on.  He of course screamed as I left the room and had an okay first day his teachers said!  Oh well, it will get better right?

 

Weird!

I just had to take a quick picture of the fridge tonight!  I am actually packing 4 lunches now!  How weird is that!  Luke starts school tomorrow.  I hope he does okay!

Inter murals!

The kids get to stay after school for the first time today and participate in inter murals.   They are very excited! 

It's a Miracle!

Can you believe it!  Grandpa did the dishes this Sunday!  I don't know what got into him.  Oh wait, yes I do.  Grandma hurt her back and couldn't help!  HAHA  Thanks Dad!!!

Date Night!

Mike got tickets from a patient of his to go see Forever Plaid!  His patient was in the play and it was a really fun night.  Can you believe it, Mike even got a babysitter and planned the whole thing.  I was in shock.  I grabbed my coupons and looked through them and we decided to dine at Cafe 501 before the show!  It was a great evening!
