Weird!!!

So Leif was sitting by me on the couch playing with the camera on my phone. He turns and says to me, "Hey mom, look at my eye." Weird! The thing started swelling out of nowhere! We gave him some benadryl and it went down. We have no idea what caused this! At least it didn't hurt!

100th Day of School

Lily had to bring a shirt with 100 different things on it! We chose the easy route with stickers. It was actually not that easy to count 100 silly stickers on that shirt! HAHA

Typical day!

It was a typical day today! Leif took a nap and Luke hurt himself! What's new? HAHA

Blood Everywhere!

I was driving home from picking up Jacob from scouts when I got a call from Mike saying, "How important is it to you that Luke not have any scars when he is older?" What? Apparently Luke and Leif were horsing around in the piano room and this is the result. We think he hit his head on the coffee table jumping around. Head wounds bleed so dang much. I got home and Mike whisked him off to urgent care and got a few stitches! Poor kid hated that part. Next time we will just run him down to the office and have Mike sow him up!

This is the usual scene around the house in the afternoon! He still takes naps at least every other day on the couch!!! I love this kid!!!

Geography Bee!

My incredibly handsome and smart Jake was in the Geography Bee today! He was one of two picked from his class to advance to compete with the 4th and 5th grades! He did great! I was amazed at hard hard the questions were! It was crazy!!! In the end a 5th grader won but I was so proud of Jacob for trying so hard just even to be there! Way to go Jake!!!!

Leif was bored at the bee so decided to take a bunch of pictures of himself! Cutie Patootie!!!
