Hangin' out and Ben teaches Leif to ride his bike!!!
We were hanging out on the front porch on a nice evening having shakes from Dairy Keen and Uncle Ben decided that he was going to teach Leif how to ride a bike! Grandma and Grandpa had bought each of the kids a bike from the thrift store to ride while they were there! When Grandpa pulled Leif's bike out of the garage to show him Leif was not about to get on it! IT WAS PINK!!! You would have thought the world was over! He was not about to ride a "Girl's" bike. Never mind the fact that the kid still has been known to adorn princess clothing now and again! HAHA So what does Grandpa do but fumble through the garage and find some red spray paint. He gave that bike a new red look and within ten minutes it was good to go!! Talk about spoiled! Later in the evening Ben decided the training wheels had to go. Uncle Ben had Leif riding by himself in about 5 minutes! Way to go Uncle Ben! Leif was so dang proud of himself the rest of the trip!!!
Yum!!! Dairy Keen!!!

I am finally following the trend and doing a blog for our family. We have been living in Edmond, Oklahoma for the past five years and loving it! Mike loves his practice and has a great partner to work with. Mike has two practice locations and switches back and forth during the week. He likes the variety of people he gets at each location. We have enjoyed our many trips to Utah since living here. Our daughter Lily has some medical problems and trips to Utah have been about every three months for the past few years. There were only two doctors in the US that do the treatment we wanted for Lily and as luck would have it one doctor was in Salt Lake near grandma and grandpa Hansen. We enjoy living next to my parents and brother and his family and enjoy life!!!
